Lunges twenty forward in a line then back that's one set!!! Do this three times
Squats 4x15
Booty crunches where u lay on your tummy and bend you leg and u kick ur leg up so u feel it in your ass 3x15
Calf raises 100
Jumprope 500 times!!!!!
